Peter Massey, Budd.
Peter is an expert in customer experience and a serial entrepreneur who has built and run a series of businesses, originally in technology and then in customer experience. He has taken part in a number of large transformation and business start up projects. Prior to developing Budd, Peter started, ran and sold two customer contact businesses, Round and Aspen.
He has personally consulted for many of the leading European companies in the technology, telecommunications, financial services, media, distribution and government sectors. In his earlier career he previously worked in the commercial property, telco and clothing sectors.
He is an experienced & recognised public speaker and conference chairman. He co-founded the European Contact Centre Awards and has judged a number of online and contact centre awards over the past decade. He facilitates the UK Chief Customer Officer Forum of leading customer experience specialists.
Together with Bill Price and Osamu Taniguchi, he co-founded LimeBridge. Peter has an MA from Oxford University and studied at London Business School (EGP 8).
