David Jaffe

David Jaffe is one of the co-founders of LimeBridge Australia  and has 27 years of consulting experience working with organisations to help them improve their customer operations.

He founded LimeBridge Australia ten years ago to help Australian companies deliver improved customer experiences at reduced cost.  He has led engagements across Government, Financial services, Water and Energy Utilities, Insurance and IT delivery.

He is the co-author of the business best seller “The Best Service Is No Service” and facilitates the Chief Customer Officer Forum in Australia.
